Family Finders Family Finders is a program that helps to re-connect and establish healthy connections for our clients in residential or foster care placement. These connections may include locating and beginning communications with lost biological family members, friends, neighbors, former school counselors, coaches, etc. We strive to help make the reconnections permanent or life-long and assist clients in gathering information such as health history, family geneology, etc.
The process typically involves and begins with information gathered from the client, parent/guardian, county social worker and is combined with Internet search technology and other resources.
